Barwon Health selects T-Pro Speech Workflow platform to modernise digital dictation and transcription workflows

We are delighted to announce that, following a competitive process, Barwon Health have appointed T-Pro as their preferred supplier of Digital Dictation, Outsourced Transcription and Speech Recognition.

Working to tight deadlines, T-Pro and the Barwon/SWARH teams have within one month, delivered a live solution that has allowed the legacy solution to be completely decommissioned.  The solution will be fully integrated with iPM and BOSSnet, to provide a closed-loop digital solution. 

Phase 2 is already underway, with the team working on integrating iPM and Bossnet across Barwon Health departments including Outpatients, Cardiology, Oncology, Community Health, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Services.  This will further improve the efficiencies of the documentation process as well as introduce opportunities to modern technologies such as Speech Recognition across the organisation.
