After a thorough review of all suppliers in the market, Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) have selected T-Pro to provide Virtual Consultation, Digital Dictation and Speech Recognition.

T-Pro’s market-leading, AI-powered solutions will enable the Trust’s health services to be delivered more effectively by offering video or telephone consultations to patients, bring greater efficiency and reduce the workload for all staff involved in the production of clinical correspondence letters and noting, and improve overall staff productivity.

T-Pro will provide full integration with RiO, the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record system, offering a closed-loop virtual consultation and documentation solution that supports an advanced, highly configurable workflow process.
