T-Pro Awarded Contract to Provide Digital Dictation and Speech Recognition Solution to North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust

T-Pro is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract to provide North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC) with our advanced digital dictation and speech recognition workflow solution.

NCIC has a strong commitment to digital innovation and transformation to enhance clinical documentation workflows and improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery. Currently, there are delays in issuing clinical letters. The Trust aspires to issue letters well within NHS Standard Contract requirements, particularly as letters are now provided electronically to GPs and surfaced within the NHS App for patients. Additionally, as the Trust has tendered for a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR), it is the ideal time to ensure that digital dictation with real-time voice recognition integrates fully with the new EPR.

T-Pro’s market-leading cloud-based solution will support NCIC’s digital strategy by streamlining documentation processes, consolidating all dictation services into a single system, and eliminating remaining analogue dictation devices. By leveraging T-Pro’s AI-driven speech recognition technology, clinicians will be able to document patient interactions more efficiently, reducing administrative workload and improving turnaround times for medical correspondence. This will help ensure that letters are issued within the required contract target times, ultimately benefiting both clinicians and patients.
