We're delighted to announce The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust have chosen       T-Pro as their preferred supplier of Digital Dictation to support their digital transformation goals and to improve the speed, accuracy and quality of documentation.

T-Pro’s digital dictation workflow platform handles all the stages of the documentation process, from creation to distribution and every step in between.

Doctors, medical secretaries and managers are provided with an intuitive, easy to use interface enabling them to easily create, track, transcribe and manage workloads centrally; as well as allowing them to leverage additional options such as AI-powered Speech Recognition. This brings greater efficiency and reduces the workload for all staff involved in the production of medical letters, without compromising on quality and accuracy.

T-Pro will provide full bi-directional integration with the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record system - MEDITECH. Allowing the Trust to leverage their existing infrastructure and automate workflows and refocus staff towards more high-value tasks.

About The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is a combined acute and community Trust providing services at Rotherham Hospital and across the borough to a population of 264,700 people.

The 370+ bed Rotherham Hospital first opened in March 1978 with Rotherham community services integrating with the Trust in 2011. Today, they continue to provide a full range of district hospital and community services to Rotherham and the surrounding area alongside partner organisations.

The Urgent and Emergency Care Centre (UECC) opened in 2017 and sees approximately 75,000 attendees per year, and there are approximately 55,000 inpatients and 250,000 outpatient attendances each year.
